I just checked for latest Photon Workshop software, and V2.1.24 does have single layer exposure adjustment capabilities.  See page 18 of the PDF manual documenting the new features.

Did you download the beta version?  I have the version you specified on my computer except for 64 bit, and it only allows me to enable a layer parameter.  There is no interface for Single Layer Settings.

It is in the "preview" panel.  When you step through the layers, you can adjust individual layer parameters (need to click on the check box for individual layer control)

@RBrodzinsky , These are the instructions provided on the thumb drive.  Note the image on page 45 and 46 of the expanded "Single Layer Settings" enabler.  That is what I am expecting to see in the software, not "Layer Parameter" enabler like tou shared.

These are the images- I tried to upload the file but too big I think.

Well, the settings are the same, but they renamed it at some point (after the manual was made!)

@RBrodzinsky , But functionally when I try it it changes all layers except for the base layers, so I guess I don't understand how to use it.

Would you be willing to email a file with layer-by layer settings to keystonedtails@gmail.com so I can click through the various layers settings?

Sorry i am struggling with this so much. it seems like it should be so intuitive.

Well, crap.  I assumed, since it said "layer" it was specific to a single layer.  Clearly, it isn't, just a method to adjust the parameters in an already sliced file, but not layer specific.

Yeah, I'm wondering if the instructions show images from a Beta version or something...

There is a way to do it, we just dont know how....look at the RERF test. It prints 8 different objects all with different layer times.

Yeah, I think that file is hardcoded or something.

What it does is it exposes the file in increments of a set time maybe .02 seconds or so, then it doesn’t advance the z-axis until each mask for the 8 has fired. When the very first version of this was developed by Vinicius that’s how it worked anyway. You basically do a normal exposure slice for all 8 and delete the z-axis gcode until you are at an interval of 8 and then you advance up the next layer do the same exposure timings x8 and then move the z-axis again.

Built a special cabinet just for the printer, wash station and resin.

Sorry for the late response, but I gotta say:  that cabinet setup is totally badass!   8)

Just got my Mono X up and running, detail is identical to my previous original photon, but at near double the speed and three times the capacity this thing is SWEET!
