I just keep a folder of passwords by my home computer. 

I figure that computer-based "password managers" are prime targets for malware attacks, and I think it is easier to just keep  notes than to try to keep up with the malware and phishing techniques aimed at them.

I resisted using pen and paper but finally succumbed to it due to the complexity of password requirements.  I went and bought a medium sized telephone address book with the A-Z tabs.  Great for filing away websites and passwords.  I just don't trust password keepers that much.  Once breach and you won't be having a nice week.  :)

Thats exactly what i do too.  I dont need a password for an A-Z address book.
