July 18th I'm planing a cycle ride from DE to Duluth, MN. I'm hooking up with a couple old navy shipmates and six of us will be riding out there in everywhere in between.   Point here, has anyone been to the museum up there and to the other two Yellowstones near Duluth ?

225 at Proctor was in pretty rough shape last time I saw it.

229 at Two Harbors is covered and in decent shape. Two harbors is worth the trip, they also have a preserved train from the late 1800s and the ore docks are quite the sight.

227 at the LSRM is the real prize tho. It's in tight quarters so hard to get photos, but its in really good condition and the drivers are motorized, really cool to see them turning... Not to mention all the other equipment they have...

Virginia and hibbing are worth visiting if you have an interest in mining, and the Duluth harbor tour is fun if its still avalible.
The Railwire is not your personal army.

I have been there some years ago and it is fantastic!
