Waiting for a new owner and a new logo, but the colours will stay the same, Genesee & Wyoming Australia's XRN027 leads another load of Hunter Valley coal through Beresfield, New South Wales, on 13 Jan 2020.
The 51.1% of GWA previously owned by GWI will/has passed to to Macquarie Bank's infrastructure fund and Dutch pension fund PGGM, at least that was what was supposed to happen, but it is yet to be confirmed that the deal has been completed - the Australian deal that is, we know the rest has been completed.
