I was out in Vancouver last week doing some work for the local commuter railroad. Day 1 was spent at the Mission yard:

We then spend the rest of the week going back and forth between Waterfront station yard and VMC/Pacific Central station, where one can find all sorts of interesting rolling stock!

Waterfront and CP yard:

Switchers working the yard

Trains and great views, Vancouver has it all. The SOO hopper was a cool find.

VMC/Pacific Central:

I found the three VIA Panorama cars parked out back of the shop for the winter

The tracks at Pacific Central are now full of cars for winter storage, as the Canadian uses much smaller trains this time of year. That said, the Churchill wrapped dining car was a nice surprise!

Nice shots @Lenny53
I really think we should paint the whole fleet like that! Remenisant of the SD40s and C630Ms.

IIRC, these were the first Twin Cities and Western locomotives to be delivered.  They were sitting at the Minnesota Commercial's roundhouse.
