Hi
I've recently bought in UK a walthers PA 109 n scale which is really superb. My question is the following one: has anybody already installed a decoder in this model because once opened, there is absolutely no room inside, further more for a sound decoder.
Hope that my english is understandable beeing a french user of this blog.

I’m m not sure how to post a link to a thread but I did a write up on this install a while ago.

Search: DL 109 decoder install It should come up.

It requires some frame milling and used either a TCS Z2 or a Digitrax DZ126t. An ESU Lokpilot Nano would probably work as well but wasn’t available when I did the install.
