Had to call HogTrainz over my reservation for the next DODX flatcar set from MT, the ones with the 3 wheel trucks and double tank loads. Had to update my card number because my old CC was cancelled thanks to BB&T fraud department catching a use at a restaurant in Mexico, on the same day I was paying the vet bill here at home for a kitty to have bladder stone surgery.
Paul said they are on the way from MT to dealers, but he doesn't expect arrival with the holiday week until Friday. So if you are like me and waiting on more tanks and flats, arrival is imminent. Probably arrive before my permanent replacement card shows up.
Nice to have two good customer service experiences in two days.
