Sunday is good and just as active as Saturday.  However, we start packing up at 3pm so come early and enjoy the fun.

Sunday afternoon is an entirely different sideshow - if you've never seen a three-ring circus pack up and leave town with absolutely everyone knowing exactly what to do and how to do it with no wasted effort, it's amazing to watch all the vendors, Ttrak,  Ntrak clubs, and portable layouts and everybody else 'bug out' of the Jaffa with a level of speed and efficiency possibly only seen in the military.    3PM and BANG....quite the show in itself.

LOL @randgust.    So true, so tue!  Someone should put a video camera in the corner and video the entire process.  Thann play it back 3x-4x.

It used to be a point of pride that Philly NTRAK could be out in under an hour after closing.

I'm pretty sure that I had all my stuff packed, in the truck, and the Ttrak modules in the cases and ready to leave at 3:45, and the display floor was pretty empty by that time.   
Hey Mike, there you go, that time-lapse video is a pretty good idea, actually, maybe Mike Wong would do that this year.
My training is I used to be an equipment manager / bus & logistics support for a marching band!  I know a well-trained group when I see one.   I used to run a stopwatch on my crew on the time of arrival to the band hitting the field, all-time record was 12 minutes flat.
