Some good looking prints. The painted A & B units really show the quality of the print. How about a Krauss Maffei ?

Wow, painting the models while still on the supports is something that never occurred to me. I’m going to try that.

That made me stop and think, but then I realized that after the supports are removed you will have lots of spots to touch up.  Not sure if that is any easier than removing the supports from the unpainted body first, then using whatever shell holder you use for injection-molded shell to paint it.

All of the connection points for the supports are either inside the model, pr on the lip of the outside. Ive found that some sharp sprue cutters and a little heat from the hair dryer, yield a near perfect result, with very little need to sanding and touching up the paint.

We all have different modeling standards/techniques.  I would prefer no touch-ups at all, but whatever works for you  . . .

You are more than welcome to commission it, plus with our sale going on, we would paint and decal it for free once its done, along with anything else in your order.

Orionfield,
These pics and the quality of the models are very impressive. And the painted shells look great too. Thanks for sharing these.
