Atlas/KATO "Old" SD7/9 conversion to ESU 73199

My weathering is not as great as some of you guys, but I am happy with the way it turned out. Looks good, runs well, sounds great, what more could I want.

Actually, this is and old Atlas/Kato shell that I had lying around and since I have 4 other SD7/9's and one GP30 all with Loksound I wanted this sounding off also. I ran a 4 loco consist during our open house this past weekend and really fell in love with the "drive hold" especially when climbing our 2% grade.

I took the lazy way out - I purchased a new Atlas SD35 ESU equipped but I screwed up and  ordered a high nose NW version. I thought about painting the shell in "Tiger Stripes" but decided to try to place the old shell on the new Atlas chassis. Worked well, I think. Not sure what I'll do with the NW #1574 shell.

Thanks for looking and always have fun,
Carl
