Dart Castings supplies a line of OO scale wagons and figures which are well done. OO scale stuff scales out well in 1/72.

Dart says delivery takes 21 days, yup.

Finally got the "narrow gauge" look on the MDC/Roundhouse cars and loco.

Easy narrow gauge

The close coupling and low-riding bolsters really make a difference.  Bravo!

The only changes were Accumate Proto:HO couplers and Tahoe archbars with HO 28" wheels.

Was amazed with such a simple change would look so good.

The loco just received a 1/8x1/4 styrene strip under the cab footboard and a electrical tape "temp" for a cab side.

I guess my only critique...if one were necessary...is that the drivers on the loco still look a little high for a D&RGW-type C-class.  However, I know the D&RGW wasn't the only show in town, so I'm guessing there are lots of examples of larger drivers on narrow gauge consolidations.

That cab looks great even if temporary!

Smaller drivers are available from the UK.

The MDC drivers are the size of the original wagontop D&RG 2-8-0s.

Just used the Roundhouse D&RG boxcars because the lettering looked "narrow gaugey".
