Whatever happened to....

ScenicKing ??

I finally recovered the name of this outfit, who provided the printed backdrop for my C&I Sub.
I need some additional lengths of backdrop for my re-configured layout.
The  ScenicKing website homepage still functions, but apparently they are no longer an active vendor...
or are they?  Or, does anyone know of vendors that make similar products (color photobackdrops) for N-scale?

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Paul

Hints?

I have a couple steel mill backdrops I am pleased with (and very reasonably priced) from a company called Realistic Backgrounds.

I have a mind like a steel trap...a VERY rusty, old steel trap.

On the Realistic Backgrounds- I should point out that their website is not very user friendly, and the pics they show are way too small (no doubt they are worried you will copy).  I have the Basic Oxygen Furnace and the Ore Bridge backdrops.  They are 13" tall by about 38" long (not sure that is made clear on the website).  IIRC, mine came from MBK- so readily available and the info on MBK is better than the company's own site.

Hmmm...I have a 13" wide carriage printer.  I wonder if I can print my own.

If you have a reasonably good photo editing program you can patch together jpegs to your heart's content, then send a off to any copy center worth its salt to print out a poster size print.  36 x 48 can give you three runs of 12" x48" color image that can be trimmed and applied to a painted backdrop for about $30.

I know but I can get 13" wide inkjet paper in an "infinite" roll.
