Steam loco driver not centered?

I have at least 2 Bmann 2-6-0 Moguls. I just got one recently, and out of the box, it has a wobble. Looked at it on workdesk tonight, and if my eyes don't decieve me, it looks like rear drive axle has one wheel off center. That certainly would make a wobble. Just wondering if anyone has seen this on some of the newer, usually very great running steamers we have today. No Rolls-Royce here, Richie;)
 Anyhow, I did register it with Bmann, so off it goes to them.

I had a Bachmann 2-6-0 with a rear driver that wobbled. I bought a whole new loco just to get a new rear driver. New one wobbled too. I hate Bachmann.
