1F 2.7V supercaps, where can I find them?

They are used to make keep-alive devices. But they are hard to find here. Can I find them in PC motherboards or any specific electronic circuits?
Thanks

Thanks, but they are located in Mexico.

The problem is, it is complicated to buy items abroad, this is inherited from the previous gov.

Filling forms online, paying the tax, and in some cases, waiting for months until the item, if we are lucky, arrives at home or worst, at Customs, then I will miss a working day there. Bllsht!

Not sure what is going on here. I'm in USA and the Mouser link I posted for the SuperCap is for Mouser in USA. I have been ordering from Mouser for years and they are in USA.

I think what's happening is at the top of their page you can change location. Your link Pete does infact open to USA but can be changed. I believe this is so you can figure out what it costs if you were in some other country other than the USA.
Just my take on it.

@peteski What do you use to step down the voltage?  I assume the keep alive circuits have a voltage regulator and something else on them.

I have seen 2 types of keep-alive module design.  The original (and simple one) I described here

Some of the new-design keep-alives are like you described: a single low-voltage cap and a complex electronic power supply/DC-DC converter which uses the high voltage to charge the cap and when power is needed it then up-converts the low voltage to what the decoder needs.

Looks like rva1945 is from South America.
Just like pretty much everything else, these caps are also available on eBay.  Here is one of the listings:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-1F-2-7V-ELNA-Farad-Super-Capacitor-2-7V1F-DYNACAP-Ultra-Capacitor-JAPAN/271978448439

Their physical size is 8x12mm (larger then the ones I pointed out on Mouser website). But if you search eBay you migth find a smaller version of 1F 2.7V Super Caps.
