Well a couple of things have changed recently and as such I've taken the opportunity to model my freelanced GDRMCo but using Australian HO equipment. As I've shown below this is the first loco of the new ore fleet and represents a 180t version of the EDI GT46C-ACe. EMD is offering a 180t version now as part of the 'Gen2' update to this model but my model was never built.
Above a normal 134t version and below my in progress 180t version showing the change in bogies to the EMD HTSC-2 as part of the ballasting. (The fact that the prototype shown and my model are the same number is only coincidence, the models will be repainted)
Not necessarily American but I thought some might enjoy seeing how we railroad on the other side of the world.
