Duh - sorry!  I thought you were talking about the Centipedes.  Yeah, re-reading your earlier post you did mention FA there.  Those grilles are unacceptable.

Guess I got lucky with my BLI PAs.  Although I think I'll examine them closer...

I got a pair of those Erie PA's and they don't have the grille bulging problem but after this thread and closer inspection, one has the grille not firmly attached in one of the same points that others have the bulging.  It's laying flat but for some expansion or contraction could bulge.  I may look later and see if there's any way or even point in trying to get some sort of fixative in there.  Might be best left alone. :|
