MTL heavyweight questions

I am gathering supplies for the Conrail OCS. I just noticed that the Observation and Business cars are longer than the rest. Does MTL make balloon roofs for the shorter cars or do I need to cut and splice the business car version?

Oh, Joe if you are reading this... How about the car interiors available separately? I need to cut up nearly a dozen to get the interior configurations right for the OCS cars.

The arched roof is based on the observation car so you will not need to do much to it (aside from altering some detail) to use it.

As for interiors they do offer them as a set.  Check the parts section of the MT website.

Cut and splice or sand and file, but mostly because one end has notches for the car end and the other observation end is curved.  To fit a sleeper both ends need notches.   I've got an extra one I can donate to the cause if you want it.
