I had the opportunity to take the NS class for first responders today at Bayview Yard, Baltimore. They have recently put this train together illustrating 4 different tank cars, two nicely transformed boxcars that are mobile classrooms, a dedicated GP38-2 #5642, and there are plans to add two flat cars. Fire based personnel took a hazmat class in one car and police dept people took a grade crossing accident investigation class.

On June 25, 2009 CP 9301 sits in the weeds behind the former Dominion Bridge plant in Winnipeg being stripped of parts.

One of only 4 SD90MAC-H units that CP owned, originally CP intended to upgrade their fleet of SD9043macs aswell but as mechanical and later computer issues plagued the H-macs those plans were canceled. Due to these problems the 4 units were often kept close to Winnipeg and were my favorite locomotives on CP.

By the end of 2010 all 4 units will be sent to Montreal to be scrapped...
