PRR Corrective History

The pic at this URL - https://www.flickr.com/photos/railphotoart/24822785413/in/album-72157664664273839/ - shows GG1s and a B&O F unit in the early 60s.  The description states its Potomac Yards.  Now, I only remember Potomac from the 70s, but I don't remember electrification going that far south then and now I'm all confused.  I think it's misIDed and is supposed to be Ivy City or WUS in DC.  Can someone correct me or confirm this?

Not really enough visible in that shot to confirm it's Potomac Yard, but I have no reason to think that the photo is mislabeled.  Pot Yard served the PRR, B&O, C&O, SOU, ACL, SAL, and RF&P (D&H even used it in the 1970s and '80s by trackage rights over the B&O!).  PRR electrification absolutely extended to Pot Yard.

Oh yeah, electrification definitely went into Pot Yard.

 :?
how about we clear up the PRR RS-2 problem ?
the units D&H sold to the PRR were RS-3s built
after 10/50,that is RS-3 Production time.
forget what the units were rated at,even D&H
  departments didn't agree,one said 1500 HP,the
  Operating Department said 1600HP.
what was odd about them was they had Solid
Bearings, they were ordered as Mine Shifters,
  not Road Power.
this should be a NO Brainer, but some just don't
  get it !
