Red Cross Decals

I'm looking for red cross decals for a generic U.S. military hospital train I'm putting together. Need decals for roofs and sides of heavyweights, autos, trucks, and so on. I've looked in all the usual places for N scale red cross decals without success. Anyone know where I might find such decals nowadays?  Thanks, Ken.

See if Archer has then. They make all kinds of military decals.
