Assuming the cross section is a rhombus (equal length sides), the diagonal measurements give a tilt of 0.9 degrees off square:



The dashed line is a true vertical.  Not too bad.

We also do not know whether the diagonal measurement was taken precisely. If the cube was skewed in any direction inside the jaws of the caliper, that would produce inaccurate reading.
