Indusmin car can be used to haul material for making ceramic tiles.  Similar cars lettered for Procor are delivered to Dal Tile outside of Gettysburg.

It's hard to say for all 4 railcars.  The 2 tanks are both general service top operated bottom valve cars.  Neither car has a placard so that makes pinpointing a product difficult.  Dow ships a lot of non-haz products in general service cars.  The CCBX is a Union Carbide car, Union Carbide was bought by Dow.  Union Carbide used to ship a lot of aircraft deicer and anti-icers in blue CCBX general service tank car.  The only thing needed would be some class 9 3082 placards.  The covered hoppers could be anything.  I've seen anything from soda ash to bentonite clay hauled in the 3 bay car.

I've also seen those general purpose tank cars hauling Magnesium Chloride, it is sprayed on dirt roads as a dust suppressor.

Hey?! What happened to the images?

When you quote posts with locally-attached photos, the attachments seem to get stripped.  I think that is a "feature", not a "bug".  :)

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

In my railroad experiences, the DOWX cars haul diethylene or dipropylene glycol.

The IMCX car would be for potash.

Dee:  They could also be said to haul sailboat fuel, or prefab fence posts and wells.  Those were common loads for "empty" trucks in the 70s, but will also work for railroads.

Interesting. What are those for? Where do they go?

According to Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diethylene_glycol):

Quote
Uses

Diethylene glycol is used in the manufacture of unsaturated polyester resins, polyurethanes, and plasticizers.[5] DEG is used as a building block in organic synthesis, e.g. of morpholine and 1,4-dioxane. It is a solvent for nitrocellulose, resins, dyes, oils, and other organic compounds. It is a humectant for tobacco, cork, printing ink, and glue.[6] It is also a component in brake fluid, lubricants, wallpaper strippers, artificial fog solutions, and heating/cooking fuel.[1] In personal care products (e.g. skin cream and lotions, deodorants), DEG is often replaced by selected diethylene glycol ethers. A dilute solution of diethylene glycol can also be used as a cryoprotectant; however, ethylene glycol is much more commonly used. Most ethylene glycol antifreeze contains a few percent diethylene glycol, present as an inadvertent byproduct of ethylene glycol production.

Seems like those tanks could service a ton of different manufacturing industries.

The Indusmin cars specifically were used hauling a mineral called nepheline syenite from a mine/quarry in Nephton/Blue Mountain, Ontario (a couple hours north east of the Toronto area). According to the Wikipedia article on this mineral, primary uses include glass making and ceramics like mu26aeh mentioned above.

(The NCHX reporting marks were from the Canadian wing of North American Car Co. leasing (NAHX/NATX etc.), now GE.)

Similar cars of the same design could be used for all sort of things, mainly other types of minerals (rock salt, potash for example).
