This is where people in the industry can help or hurt  :D  @Blazeman  let me know that certain # series of Procor tank cars deliver hyrdogen peroxide to the paper mill I am trying to model after seeing my Procor cars I have.  I am going with the "close enough" mantra, because the cars he specified are white with black lettering, my cars are black with white lettering, and only a few numbers off.
