logged in today
found someone's photo as my avatar
it was a personal photo of someone's head
i tried to change the avatar in my profile
and while i was able to remove the avatar that was not me or mine
i am unable to add an avatar from a url
what is going on, or what am i doing wrong?

it was a male facial photo
that included full head
not one to judge who is better looking  :D
but it was not my photo or image
and when I tried to change it
I was able to go to no avatar
but not able to add one from an online url source
???
