That's nice Richie, to have it all in one set of tables, I thank you, eventhough I have Don Strack's book.
The reason the E8's numbering started w/ 926, and only later reverted to the 900's (if anybody actually cares about such things) is that the low 900's were already occupied by older, passenger equipped and geared F3's. Only when Uncle Pete acquired enough E units and settled on them for all passenger service did the earlier passenger F3's get regeared and renumbered to vacate the 900' series...
BTW, Don Strack's Utah Rails website is an incredible source of photos and information...
