I don't think so.  Otherwise, I would own one. 

I sure would like to see some nice quality SCL passenger cars produced in N scale.  I decorated this SCL sleeper, but it's a foob:

Someone is offering a shell on Shapeways (look for TCRX).
Union Station Products offers a styrene wrapper kit.   

Either of these would be a fair amount of work, but it could be fun work!
