Really like how the 905s look. N on left, Z on right.




Just curious if you do anything with the metal trip pin on the Z scale coupler? As high as those trip pins are, I'm guessing between the rails magnets have little or no effect on the coupler, from an automatic uncoupling standpoint?

That photo shows the trip pin extending through the top of the coupler quite a bit.  It could be lowered (hopefully enough to make it work as designed).

   I'm not sure if lowing the current trip pin would bring it into range of a between the track magnet? I'm wondering if the current trip pin could be replaced with a N scale Micro-Trains trip pin?

The Z scale pins are physically smaller cross-section than N scale. Won't fit.
