Steve Smith’s PRR Northeast Corridor RR.  In and around Philadelphia.  Septa Trolley’s, Subways and Amtrak passenger trains.  Catenary under construction.  Huge downtown Philly buildings including Broad Street station, North Philly station and underground stations.  HO Scale, Digitrax DCC.  Very impressive.
