I'm trying to match the Atlas green for their run of GP15s and SD9s in California Northern. Any help would be great.

It may not be possible to find a ready-made match, especially with Testors pulling the railroad paint lines.

I would try mixing a match.  The following would be a couple starting points.
-Equal parts BN green and Penn Central green.
-3 parts BN green, one part blue (say D&H or GTW), maybe one part white.

With a green, a blue, and white and black you should be able to get it.   Maybe a yellow if it gets too blue.

Nick,

Have you considered sending Atlas an email asking? Just a thought. Not trying to be a jerk by suggesting it.

Best wishes, Dave
If you lend someone $20, and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

The green isn't remotely correct either.  It's too blue.  I'm contemplating repainting the green, it bugs me that much.

Modelflex's Reading Green is almost dead on, and I've used it on multiple HO CFNR GP15s, I've done.
