Saw this yesterday on some of my boards. Probably not going to be a big deal - that's mostly soybean farm country - but the Atchafalaya Basin swamp is down stream, so catching the vinyl chloride will be an emphasis. By the look of that photo- and the few others out there - I wonder of a tie or two didn't fail, pulling the rial out of alignment.
