A small update for now;
This is how the staging/industrial area looks for now (until I can procure some more turnouts and another crossing to finish the rest of it).
I lowered my frustration level for now by removing the wye connection (I was going to leave the turnout in and make another siding, but I think I'm going to remove the turnout on the outer loop there, and add it to the staging/yard area to give me a third staging/yard track for now.

The two industry sidings will get a third siding when I get the crossover, and possibly take another siding towards the outer loop area, there is a large open space that can be used, or I can leave it for a park or something like that.

Ok, go the lawnmower fixed and the yard mowed;

Project for today:

Get the wye reinstalled and setup the AR1 again. LHS guy told me I was hooking it up incorrectly, so going to give it another go.

Success!! When you wire things correctly, they work correctly! Good tip to know!

So the wye is back in service into the staging/interchange yard.
