This is sad news indeed..

I've always like the MT line of cars as we all know Keith raised the bar on  N Scale cars and couplers in the early years..

My condolences to Keith's family and employees of MT.

Agree with all the comments/points, not much I can add to those...a brand that is/will continue to be a cornerstone of N Scale.

This must have also had a profound effect on current MTL employees.
I notice they had not listed their August 2012 releases on their website as of earlier this afternoon.

Yes, his passing slowed us down a bit here.  We had a memorial service on Tuesday evening at a local country club and it was well attended by friends, family and current and past MTL employees.  It was good to see the folks who moved on to other opportunities again.  His family put together a really amazing video presentation of his life and his accomplishments that I wish we could share with everyone. 

Thank you for all the comments here, I passed them on to the family and staff here and they were very touched by the response.
