This whole thing with being locked out of is getting really tiresome.
If I hadn't been a member here for many years I'd come to the conclusion this is a rather unwelcome place. Still don't know why I had to reregister.
Stuff gets moved there, you can't see it. Grrr.
Please be more specific in what you are referring to. There are certain forums that are locked down because we want people to participate before getting to the "misc fun" and for sale forums. This keeps our trolls and people posting just for sale stuff at a minimum. If you were previously registered and had a certain post count and now for some other reason had to re-register, please feel free to contact one of the mods or Admins.
Some people had to re-register for different issues over the transition period for several reasons such as purging of users who had never posted, purging of users who had not posted in XYZ time frame, and registrations that got caught in the transition and did not make backups of the SQL tables.
Stuff gets moved to the proper forums when they are posted in the wrong place. There are statistically
VERY FEW threads that are moved into the forums that people can not see. It happens here and there, but most people are not posting misc threads in the N scale, or other forums, so out of the majority of the threads being moved, most are to the Proto, Administration, or other scales forums.
