Although I do think we need instructions on how to use it. What does it convey? Give us some examples of context.

I'll think of some context.  Probably posts that have to do with macro lenses, weathering, or silflor. :tommann:

~example usage of the tommann icon~

  • Use in place of tom's name.  Example:  I just picked up  :tommann: 's weathering book
  • Use when discussing macro photos.  Example:  I just purchased a $400 macro lens to help get the rust effects accurate around these z scale rivets :tommann:
  • Use when a project of limited interest is mentioned, as long as that project involves silflor or weathering.  Example:  I'm going to modify this silfor so it looks good in macro photography :tommann:

I think that :tommann: should be used for the term "weather."

Examples:
  • I :tommann:-ed this freight car, using mostly an airbrush.
  • Did you see the extreme :tommann:-ing on that covered hopper?
  • I prefer to :tommann: my freight cars without graffiti.
  • Nice :tommann:-ing, Joe.

What happened to the Railwire favicon? Looks like it got sucked into a black hole.
I can see the picture but where RailWire used to be is now all Chinese/Korean/Japanese or other - certainly not English.
