Jon, is that a B&M lock?  Cause you never know when some jerk railroad employee might come by.  You'll wake up with your mailbox lined-and-locked in the reverse position.  With Form D authority, of course.   :D

Funny Dupesy!!
Yes it is B&M and I'm looking for a CV lock to take it's place. Gladly swap lock for lock with someone!! ;) ;)

Kato caboose with new paint job.  After painting this caboose red, I attempted to paint the ladder assembly yellow, but results were not satisfactory.  I then learned Kato USA offers the assembly in the parts section.  The brake wheel must be ordered separately.
Not to mention the FVM B&O wagontops; the second half of my order from the first release arrived yesterday.

MTL cabooses with MTL yellow ladder assemblies and black brake wheels
Note 3rd one from the right that was modified by removing cupola.
On second look, the 4th car from the right is one that I attempted to paint the ladder assembly.
I still need to replace the ladder with MTL factory yellow ones.
