I just wanted to show off a little of what a friend of mine that posts over on Trainboard has been working on....



He is building this from pictures and memory. It is a grain complex in Modesto CA where he grew up.

The gentleman is Dave N on trainboard. I have told him about The Railwire and perfers to just stick to one board to save time. You may be able to see more in MR at some point. Lou Sassi was in town to do a clinic for the local NMRA show and stopped by to take pictures afterwards. He told Dave, when it's closer to being finished, give him a call.

I'm a big fan of Dave's work - he also has a nice model of Tehachapi Loop in the "rural" section of his layout.  He has several nice albums in Railimages.

Dave's intermodal work from Alan Curtis kits was an early inspiration to me to give the kits a try, he is a great modeler, I love his GP60M work also, good to see his work shared toa wider audience,
