Sometimes I find it entirely unbelievable that the world actually looked like that at one time.

See those Sinclair tank cars , and the unique white dots at 45's on the dome . No reading up on them has come up with a definitive answer as to why , but I think they make the Sinclair's stand out when looking at a long string of tankcars from an angle , so I think thats why the dots are there , and only on Sinclair's .
