Seen on CSX today

Stopped by the depot in Riverdale MD about 1 pm today and the southbound signal was green, so I waited.  Within minutes, what appeared to be a light engine move came charging down the mainline.  As it drew closer, horns blaring for the crossing, it appeared to have something in tow, but what?  A single 89' flat with those ubiquitous green trash containers?  No.  A single beautifully restored heavyweight Pullman car in classic Pullman Green!

No camera!  >:(  But what a sight!  Anyone know anything about this move?  It was apparently headed to Union Station in DC.

P.S. I know: photos or it didn't happen...

Mr. Bob Bufkin, and I were at St.Denis this morning and heard on the scanner about a passenger movement.
We thought it was going to go East, but aparrently went West.
The car you seen was the Dover Harbor,it is parked in an industrial park in Jessup when not in use.

I wonder if she's headed for Philly for a certain bunch of slobbering Conrail freaks to drool all over in a couple of weeks...?
