I have revision 3. Is #1 a collector edition?  :P

Only if it still has the price sticker attached and you haven't opened it and let any of the factory air out.

I got my copy today and read it.  Keep up the good work Tom.  There was on layout issue that I noticed on the text flow caused a line widow on the last page.  I only noticed this since I did DTP for many years and we had to always kern, crop, or delete to keep text from having widow or orphan lines.

Yes, I know about that, and couldn't for the life of me fix it without altering the text (once again).

#1 is really rare...only one exists and it is 32 pages - just a test to check the printing quality.  I currently own it but will trade it for a 1983 Delorean.

I hear you can still order a brand new Delorean. There is a warehouse full of Delorean parts, and they will build you one if you have enough cash.

I had to jump on the bandwagon and order one of these books from Chuck.  Have to wait a bit for the 3rd printing though.

Nope, you're out of luck.  There are no more flux capacitors available.   ;)

A spelling fix and a slightly different paper texture background on the last few pages.
