On the way back from a cross country trip, Dad and I stopped by Canoncito NM on the ex ATSF glorieta pass route. I went there when I was 12 and since then has been my favorite RR spot. I luckily saw both Amtraks. This is #3 screeching down the canyon.

Thanks for looking

I can't believe some freaks actually went down into that canyon to deface a retaining wall. They ought to be sent down there with toohbrushes and not allowed to eat, drink, sleep, or leave until they have removed the graffiti!

Yeah, its sad, I've seen pics of old super chiefs going through the canyon without taged stuff everywhere, it looked much better to be sure.

Is that the same area that the BLMA bridge is from? If so, the taggers stood a good chance of getting eaten alive...

I like that idea....how about we give the toothbrushes to a bunch of bankers that owe us a few billion or so.....honest work is good for the soul, they need it.

What you need is incentive for the parents to teach their kids social from anti-social behavior . The incentive is to fine the parents the amount of money it costs to clean it up , or they can do it themselves pronto . Or decrease the amount of social security that the youngin will ever receive by a forced forfeitemint in months from the day they apply for to receive it . They may not care , but at least there is a price paid by them .  Make that cost of living adjusted as well .
