Roadrailers in Reading, resting

was in Reading and managed to do some railfanning after a family obligation.  came across this Roadrailer train sitting under Schuykill Ave.  the lead unit uncoupled and headed into the yard at Reading - i thought it odd that the lead unit was running long hood forward.  any Reading gurus shed some light on the trackage he's on - here's the bird's eye of the siding.

How long will it be before they show us how to add DCC to a tree?
