Hi, all,

Great photos, Erik W.   :-)

For me this week,

Hi, all,

I've been way busy with work and no time to model.

Regardless.... Comcast finally got their act sort of together, and some of my
photos from January work again.

Since many may have missed it the first time around, here are some shots from the
WGH Sacramento Jan 2008 of soon to be delivered N scale goodies.  :-)

Here are the just this month Atlas N locomotive releases :-) :

========================

And most importantly, here are the
Athearn's FP45 and F45 N scale shells which were on display there.
As a Santa Fe fan, I'm very excited about these.  :-)

Have a good week, all.

I've been chipping away (literally) at this bridge:

When I first put it in, I (quite unintentionally) got blobs of joint compound in spots. When I scraped it off, I discovered that it stayed in the spaces between the bricks and looked almost like actual mortar. So I decided to make the whole thing look that way, although it's taking longer than I expected.

For the first time in quite a while, I have weekend update photos to post... now if only they were of work I had done myself  :-[

I was part of a group that was invited to tour and discuss Paul Scoles' "Pelican Bay" Sn3 layout (and listen to his sales pitch for his scenery videos, but it's all good).... and try out the macro setting on my (wife's) new camera...  wish there was room for my tripod amidst the crowd...

golly gee! that's neat mister!

check out www.paulscoles.com

happy st. pattys day.  cheers

I operated on the Easton & Potomac again this past Saturday.  I have done it many times and enjoy it each time I go.  It was a very sucessful session.  I did take a stock car full of cows from the packing plant back to the yard.  The yardmaster caught my mistake and so I got to run "extra" back to the plant.  I hope the cows enjoyed the ride.

If you are interested, here is a link to the web site.  Its HO, but still fun.  You will even see pictures of me running the trains
