Identity of SCL Switcher?

I found somemore of my old photos which I am scanning into my PC.  Came across this one.  Check out the Blunt trucks and front radiator of this unit.  Looks to be an Alco S type rebuilt into an EMD switcher.  Any SCL experts know anything about this unit?
