I haven't lived in Ballamer in 40 years, but that shelter with the passenger platform makes me think it could be Linthicum Jct., where the Baltimore & Annapolis joined with the B&O to Camden Station, with the track to the right the B&A line. Just a SWAG.

it's without a doubt on the Cap Sub railroad west of Thomas Viaduct at Elkridge.  there was a siding there that is no more - in the background is now the I-895 extension to I-95.
