On April 24, 1957, I visited the Norfolk & Western's facilities at Norfolk, VA. Since my aunt was the private secretary to the Traffic Manager of American Cyanamid at the time, the N&W gave me the "grand tour". here are some photos from that visit.










Next week may be the other end of the N&W, Columbus, Ohio.  8)

Greg,
Those are great shots.  I'm just finishing reading "Steam Steel and Stars" the photo collection by O. Winston Link.  Those final days of steam on the N&W must have been something else.
