I am trying to put a keep alive in the Atlas N scale VO1000. and I need help hooking it up.to the TCS TCS 1031 VO1000 decoder. i put the blue on the 12v + pad and hook up the neg to wear TCS told me to and it is not working. Could use some help on this...Jim
