Also not sure you will find them in-stock.  I asked Bachmann about some tires for their EM-1, and they said they were out - check back in a month.

No, I wasn't expecting an instant reply from BLI but I thought that perhaps someone on The Railwire might have faced the same issue and could provide a quick response.

Well, the main sources of traction tires are usually the model manufacturers. Or if you want non-OEM tires, there is  https://lovetrainhobbies.com/  For that you need to take some careful measurements of the driver (using a caliper), then follow their instructions to choose the correct size.
