OK, so two more items are required to make this scene ready for prime time. First is the aforementioned replacement section house forthcoming. The second is I really need to fill in the gap to the left in the backdrop with the mountains to the northeast of the pass.

One of the challenges with the backdrop is going to be the tree shadows. The mountain I have in the foreground backdrop has tree shadows to the right because that's a scene from the west side of the pass I've transported to the east side so I could include my own image of Lizard Head Peak which should be in the aisle. That was a creative decision on my part. But...now I need to figure out how to also put the mountains on the east side over there with the tree shadows to the left. I'll have to see if I can get the image flat enough so as to obscure the shadows.

Besides the shadows, it's a nice scene.

Algorithms picked up that there was a flareup of heated discussion after somebody posted a pic comparing the transit capacity of the RGS to a 2 lane road on the bird site last night.

Your modeling and also photography of your layout are top notch.  Still tearing down my N scale layout and stocking up on HOn3 Material and equipment.  Saving all the bench work.  DR
