Wasn't there a thread on this subject a while back?  I've looked but can't find it.  I need to know how this is done and what MT coupler to use.  Thanks for any help.

@GaryHinshaw did it in his LEZ coupler thread.  He was using a different type of body mount but I think the ideas are the same.
