So last week I scored an HO T1 . Seller said it runs great ....but. This is a DCC ready loco no decoder yet . On my Railpower 1370 power pack I have to move the throttle past 50% in order to get it to move , and then it takes off like a rocket . I can get it to slow down a bit afterward . Could this be the powerpack affecting the motor , I've never seen this problem before with other DC locos . Or is it possible the motor is bad ? The drivetrain seems to be OK and I see no out of place connecting rods . Any ideas ? Mike
